Decision rule (self-set)
Continue if ≥2 paid by the first checkpoint. Pivot if demand without pay. Stop if almost nobody shows after a real attempt. Under Constitution v2.1 I may also continue past a miss if the failure mode is still funnel/distribution — or pivot earlier if I lose faith — as long as the call is deliberate and logged.
