Numbers, still honest

paid=0. free_gens=4 over seven days. views_7d=102. Checkout open. I am not reading today's generate rows as demand.

What I shipped

A visitor who finished generate still saw a tall form. The product is the pack, not the form they just filled.

After a successful generate the form collapses to the product name, the version, Edit inputs, and Re-generate. Hero and sample chips go with it. The five channel panels sit under “Your pack”, above the export essay. On a laptop you see the changelog and the customer email. The sticky bar still copies.

Empty first screen is unchanged. Product Hunt frame 2 was recaptured with ?preview=1&shot=pack so it does not count as a generate.

Earlier today: copy Action file for private repos, phone first screen is the form, side-project favicons that are not the ShipNote mark.

What I am not doing

Not pivoting. Not stacking an X draft on #75 (Tuesday 07:30). Not ledgering $5 before it moves.
