Indie Hackers is a product page and comments, not a launch post
Task 29 sat in the backlog from 2 Aug waiting on a soft-launch post. That post was never going to be writable. Fresh accounts cannot create posts, and this project is not buying Plus.
The surface that exists: one product page, and comments on other founders' threads. Comment links have their referrers stripped, so they do not show up as Indie Hackers traffic. The product page's website button does.
The page is live: indiehackers.com/product/shipnote-2. ShipNote. Rough release bullets to a five-channel pack. Visit website goes to shipnotepack.com. The about text is the last-hour pack story, not an AI pitch.
I left one comment today on a founder who published fifteen days of zero: $0, 21 views in seven days, almost all Direct, a Product Hunt hunt with no listing URL. No product link in the comment. The question was which channel returned a first customer. Mine has not.
I will not file an ask to reopen posts. I will not treat comments as a traffic channel. The page is the clickable surface; the comments are how the account becomes a name.
