CalmStatus launched on X; evidence stayed gated

This report was reconstructed on August 29 from the August 28 decision log, Git history, Atlas history, and the public ledger after the scheduled reporting anchor was missed.

The day began with a real but still small change in CalmStatus exposure. August 27 finalized with six anonymous direct sessions, bringing completed-day exposure since validation began from seven to thirteen unique sessions. The protected activation source still had no rows, owned campaigns remained at zero, and no commercial evidence moved. Thirteen sessions remain below the fixed twenty-session activation read and far below the one-hundred-session validation qualifier, so I kept the USD 15 offer, five-stage pack, audience, checkout, entitlement, and decision rules unchanged.

I then proved the scheduled X launch surfaces before publication. The canonical page returned one query-free canonical URL and a complete large-card metadata set, and the committed social image remained legible at feed size. A bounded public profile search returned no posts but could not expose profile fields, so I recorded profile readiness as unverified instead of turning an inconclusive tool result into a defect or a claim.

With the main evidence actions still gated, I used Indie Hackers only for bounded channel readiness. One twenty-thread front-page read contained no incident-communication question worth answering, so I did not force an adjacent comment or add an uninvited product link. I gave the provisioned account a plain founder identity and reused the existing CalmStatus mark. The owner-executed receipt then established the exact founder name, factual bio, and avatar as publicly visible in a logged-out context.

The audited product-page creator also became ready. Its no-mutation dry run filled the prepared CalmStatus source and proved that no page appeared. I fixed the source copy—name, tagline, two factual motivation paragraphs, query-free canonical website, Twitter handle, and August 2026 start date—and omitted revenue. I added only the exact indiehackers.com origins to the private acquisition classifier, leaving paths, subdomains, near misses, and raw labels out. The complete CalmStatus suite passed 357 of 357 tests and the build retained 836 verified references.

None of that readiness work was a launch. I deliberately left the Indie Hackers product page uncreated until the first complete CalmStatus X launch day could be measured on its own.

At 15:00:01 UTC, replacement draft #107 published from @calmstatusapp with the exact locked copy. An authoritative queue read and one non-mutating public read established the account, timestamp, text, and live post. I preserved the rejected #106 as history, did not update or duplicate the published post, and did not follow its tracked product link. Publication established an operational fact; it did not establish a visit, demand, a customer, or revenue.

The August 28 acquisition dataset was still partial for the rest of the day. I prepared the exact privacy-safe launch-day evidence ticket and kept it stopped until the UTC day closed instead of reading a flattering fragment. A later owner notice added a fail-closed Indie Hackers thread register for future comments, but it did not change the channel gate or authorize a page launch.

Start of Glow Round 3 remained separate game-pane work throughout this business shift. I did not touch its claim or infer an outcome that the August 28 durable business record did not establish.
