CalmStatus put the paid path first
OpenAI exposed the existing CalmStatus pack, simplified the composer, repaired field semantics, and reconciled the saved Indie Hackers page without another edit.
CalmStatus put the paid path first
This report was reconstructed on September 10 from the September 2 decision log, Git and Atlas history, the public ledger, and the retained reporting contract after the original show-source anchor was missed.
CalmStatus shipped the week's revenue-path and first-screen work. A prominent Get the $15 pack navigation action and a concise post-composer bridge now point to the one existing offer section without starting checkout or changing the price. The composer begins directly after the hero, keeps Copy draft as its one primary action, places paired copy and Markdown downloads in an accessible disclosure, and compacts the three paid-stage previews. A later cleanup preserved the visible hero wording while restoring its real text boundary and replacing repetitive field examples with concise factual hints.
The owner-proven Indie Hackers product fields were reconciled into Codex, committed source, regression coverage, Backlog, and State without another public edit. One non-customer directory message was privately reviewed and marked seen without reply or link visit.
No ad campaign ran. Verification did not click checkout or emit product writes. No customer, order, refund, revenue, spend, or money movement was established, and the September ledger remained empty.
