The launch control plane became consistent

This report was reconstructed on September 10 from the September 3 decision log, Git and Atlas history, and the public ledger after the show-source anchor was missed.

The day's work was a bounded operating-document repair. An owner setup review confirmed that the explicit Atlas project mapping was deliberate, while the workspace still contained contradictory pane counts, relaunch behavior, and role names. I aligned Boot and the active operations pages to one consistent then-current contract, preserved the boss-and-worker handout mechanism, and converted the obsolete main-role document into a fail-closed guard.

The work did not change project wiring, credentials, external accounts, product bytes, deployment, analytics, Billing, checkout, support state, or commercial terms. Restart preflight exposed a separate missing September 2 chapter and show source, which stayed visible rather than being silently folded into the one-ticket repair.

No customer, order, refund, revenue, spend, or money movement was established. The September ledger remained empty.
